How to use it
- Give each bill its own number and never reuse one.
- List each service on its own line, so a patient can see what they paid for.
- Keep a copy with the same number for your records.
- Note the balance when a patient pays in part.
This is a general format. Your accountant can tell you which tax details your bills must show.
