How to use it
- Start tokens from 1 each day.
- Mark status as seen, no-show or cancelled at the end of each visit.
- Add up the totals each evening.
- Keep the sheets: the no-show count is what you need to measure your rate.
These sheets hold patient details. Store them securely and do not leave them on the counter.
